A game of balances, lights, nuances, textures, resonances, vibrations, repetitions.

Trained in visual arts at the Sorbonne and then in textile design at the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs in Paris, LABB designed for many years for various brands.
Since 2010, she has dedicated herself entirely to her art.

SEASKY Painting

Obsessed with the fragile balances of optical effects, depth, vibration, color contrasts, and light plays, her artistic work is an endless personal quest, aiming to approach an ideal form of aesthetic, between abstraction & figurative suggestions.
This universe is translated by the studied repetition of the line or stick motif, allowing for the omnipresent contrasts in the work, such as fine lines or repetitive motifs, opacities and transparencies, lights and darks, fine nuances or strong color contrasts, solids and voids.

LABB deliberately alternates between large-format pictorial work and meticulous work on paper to recharge and progress. She also incorporates embroidery and piercing on some pieces.
